ABOUT THE SESSION
This 2-hour session is a short taster with ALT. Founder and lead coach Toby Clarke. It is designed to give you a sense of what ALT. Club is about, and what kind of training you should expect, if you choose to enrol in our 7-week programme in early 2025.
It is particularly suitable for people who would like to get a sample of ALT. Club's working practice before committing to applying for our 2025 terms.
No preparation needed; open to all levels of experience!
